Requierements:
- 1 to 2 years remaining until university graduation.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Advanced English.
- Available to work on a hybrid schedule (3 days in the office, 2 days at home from 8 AM to 2 PM) at Chubb's Technology Center in San Pedro Garza García. (Non negotiable)
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in the technology sector.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point). (Desirable)
Responsabilities:
- Assist in the full-cycle recruitment process for technology positions, including posting job listings, reviewing resumes, and interviewing candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various platforms and recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments, background checks, and reference checks.
- Support the creation and maintenance of job descriptions and hiring documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in recruiting events, career fairs, and campus outreach initiatives to establish a talent pipeline.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in the industry to ensure effective candidate evaluation.
