General Objective
Assist throughout the full recruitment cycle for technology positions by sourcing candidates, conducting initial interviews, posting job openings, and supporting talent acquisition events. Actively participate in initiatives to build a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for the recruitment team, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the talent acquisition process.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process for technology roles, including job posting, resume screening, and candidate interviews.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Use various platforms and recruitment channels to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Conduct preliminary candidate assessments, background checks, and reference verifications.
- Assist in creating and maintaining job descriptions and hiring documentation.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring timely communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Participate in recruitment events, job fairs, and campus outreach initiatives to build a talent pipeline.
- Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to ensure effective candidate evaluation.
Must-have Requirements
- 1 to 2 years remaining until university graduation***
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with excellent multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Available to work a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 days remote, 8 AM to 2 PM) at Chubb Technology Center in San Pedro Garza García.
- Interest in recruitment and talent acquisition, especially in the technology sector.
