We are currently seeking an Executive Assistant to join our client's team.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role by handling administrative tasks across 3 organizations (massage studio, church, nonprofit), taking care of social media management, and project management for various ongoing projects This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Requirements
- Strong Project Management and initiative-taking abilities
- Familiarity with productivity/project management software (though willing to learn new tools)
- Attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks
- Preferred location: Latin America or other location willing to work EST business hours (9am-5pm)
- We need someone with great Project Management skills who can take care of Admin tasks.
- Is important to provide daily updates to the client and to have great communication skills as a remote worker.
