As part of the application process, you'll take a typing and computer skills assessment, we’ll evaluate your home internet speed, your computer will be scanned to ensure it can support Omni + Client systems, and you’ll answer some questions about your experience. The assessment takes 15 minutes to complete. The full application process takes around 30 minutes to complete.

As a contractor, you'll interact with customers primarily through inbound phone calls and possibly chat or email, assisting them with all their needs.

Contract earnings vary by client, with competitive rates typically ranging from $4 to $6 USD per hour
Pay is determined by your phone call status when assisting customers
Additional incentives available based on client and performance metrics.
Required Skills for Successful Contractors:
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (B1 level or higher)

Keen attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills

Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software.
Important Information
Technology & Equipment Requirements:
Personal computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)
⚙️ Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept Apple OS)
Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
Mobile home internet and Satellite internet not accepted by clients
Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
Smart phone, Android tablet or i Pad needed for authentication
