Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager with 16 to 20 years of experience to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) and preferably experience in the Airlines domain.

This role involves overseeing complex projects ensuring timely delivery and aligning them with the companys strategic goals.

The candidate will play a crucial role in driving project success and contributing to the companys growth and impact o Responsibilities Lead the planning and implementation of complex projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.

Oversee project teams providing guidance and support to ensure project objectives are met.

Develop detailed project plans including timelines milestones and resource allocation.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.

Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

Provide regular updates to senior management on project status risks and issues.

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Identify and mitigate potential risks to project success implementing contingency plans as needed.

Foster a collaborative environment encouraging open communication and teamwork among project members.

Utilize Portfolio and Project Management (PPM) tools to track project performance and report on key metrics.

Manage project budgets ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.

Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and methodologies.

Qualifications Possess a minimum of 16 years of experience in project management with a focus on Portfolio and Project Management (PPM).

Demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate project teams.

Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of interacting with stakeholders at all levels.

Show proficiency in using PPM tools and software to manage and track project performance.

Have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

Display strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to identify and address project risks.

Certifications Required PMP PRINCE2 or equivalent certification in project management.
