Technical Specialist
Skills/experience required:
8 to 10 yoe in similar role: Technical Support & customer management and service.
Proven track record of effectively communicating technical information to non-technical audiences.
Conversational Fluent English
Stake holder management to work with stake holders closely.
Technical knowledge on Microsoft 365 services majorly in Teams, Share Point on product level.
Gen AI solutions primarily Microsoft 365 Copilot, Canva, Adobe AI and other Gen AI tools are advantage.
Open minded to learn new technologies and provide trainings to Business users with business use cases(example with Gen Ai tools like Microsoft 365 Copilot).
Added advantage having Analytics knowledge with tools like Excel, Power Bi.
The Role:
Will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical and non-IT users, ensuring that technical information is effectively communicated to non-technical users. This role requires a unique blend of technical expertise and client service skills to create awareness and engagement for client's products.
Hybrid 3 days per week in our office in Mexico City (Alcaldia Benito Juarez) some days in Polanco.
