Job Role: - Support engineer (L2/L3)

Responsibilities:
This engineer will assist in critical activities including configuration, troubleshooting, management/monitoring of Cisco DNAC (Catalyst Center), WLC, ISE, Switches etc.
Install, configure, upgrade and maintain network hardware including Cisco ISE, WLC, Access points, DNAC (Catalyst Center), routers, switches etc
Provide L2/L3 level support for troubleshooting complex network related issues for wired and wireless users.
Participate in P1/P2 calls and take lead to provide resolution
Work closely and effectively with customers, partners, vendors, and fellow team members to provide exceptional customer service.
Work with TAC as and when required.
Analyse complex issues to determine client impact and suggest alternative solutions based on client needs and objectives.
Work on incidents reported by monitoring tools and users and update them on timely basis
Work in 24 X7 rotational shifts
Qualifications Required:
- Strong Knowledge in Network administration processes and concepts.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
- Cisco certifications such as CCNP, rest are non mandatory, CCIE or specialized certifications in DNA and ISE
- 5 to 12 years in a technology role
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Proven experience in diagnostics and problem analysis
- Technology Cisco DNAC (Catalyst Center), Cisco ISE, WLAN, Routing and Switching
