What will you do as a Product and Process Supply Chain Analyst at Sealed Air?
As a Product and Process Supply Chain Analyst at Sealed Air, you will support the end-to-end supply chain by analyzing data and key processes related to product lifecycle, material flows, and operational performance. Your work will directly contribute to improvements in planning, logistics, and sourcing by generating insights, supporting root cause analysis, and enabling cross-functional decision-making. You will collect, maintain, and analyze supply chain and sales data to support demand forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory strategy, while also developing recommendations and implementing changes to supply chain infrastructure, logistics, and global performance metrics.
Why do we need you?
Map and optimize end-to-end supply chain processes across planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution
Evaluate material flows and lead times to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and variability drivers
Analyze supply chain data across the product lifecycle to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Perform deep-dive analysis on SKU segmentation, slow-moving inventory, and cost-to-serve models
Analyze equipment and work center performance (rates, yields, utilization) to support capacity modeling
Conduct root cause analysis on supply chain disruptions such as service failures, forecast errors, and inventory gaps
Analyze logistics and transportation data to balance service levels and cost efficiency
Develop dashboards and visualizations (Power BI, Tableau, SAP tools) to track key supply chain metrics
What do you need to succeed?
Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes
Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, PP, SD)
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power Point, and Word
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Data analysis and modeling capabilities
Knowledge of supply chain analytics and operational performance metrics
Programming skills in Python, R, SQL, VBA, or Java Script
Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights

$32,509 MXN - $48,702 MXN
