Responsibilities
1. Store management: formulate and implement store operation strategies, including staffing, product management, customer service, store display, etc., to ensure operational efficiency and service quality, and ensure that customers receive a satisfactory service experience;
2. Responsible for the store's business goal management, monitor and analyze operational data, and adjust operational strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operational goals; Team management and training;
3. Responsible for store operation team management and training, formulate and implement training plans, and improve the overall quality and service level of the team;
4. Responsible for the full process management and quality management of store goods;
5. Maintain good communication with the platform and headquarters, and cooperate with the implementation of store-related policies;
6. Market research and analysis: Conduct market research regularly, analyze competitors and market trends, and provide data support and decision-making basis for store construction and operation; collect and analyze customer feedback, put forward improvement suggestions, and enhance customer experience
Qualifications
1. Strong willingness to engage in retail, strong learning ability, good spirit of cooperation and ownership;
2. First-line retail experience is preferred, and understanding of Xiaomi's new retail is preferred;
3. Two years above of working experience in store management in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry is preferred;
4. Bachelor degree or above,able to communicate fluently in English
