About the Role - The Service Analyst will play a key role in processing customer orders and resolving issues, ensuring compliance with service level agreements while supporting the Customer Service team. Responsibilities -- Accurately and efficiently process customer orders, returns, and credits
- Assist in resolving customer issues through internal channels
- Review daily order reports, addressing any discrepancies to ensure compliance with customer service level agreements
- Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
- Support the Customer Service team with administrative tasks Required Skills -- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1 year of experience in administrative processes / Customer service (interaction with U. S. citizens)
- Proficiency in English: verbal and written communication (mandatory)
- Knowledge of CRM systems (SAP/C) is a plus
- Proficiency in Excel
- Schedule flexibility Preferred Skills -- Highly desired skill: Possess dynamic communication skills in English (French is a plus) via email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Self-directed, with high energy and an enthusiastic attitude
- Strong interpersonal, listening, and problem-solving skills
- High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, adaptability, and prioritization skills
- Basic knowledge of the industry, products, and markets is an advantage
- Analytical thinking skills to break down and solve both simple and complex problems
