Position Overview:
In depth experience in supporting SAP Success Factors EC module
Must be SAP EC module certified
Experience in end-to-end configuration of EC business processes in the provisioning settings
Experience in Configuration and Maintenance of Foundation Objects – Org, Pay and Job related
Experience in Configuration and Maintenance of definition of events, event reasons, dynamic groups, RBPs, Workflows setting notifications among others
Experience in maintenance of position management , time-off and global benefits functionalities
Ability to resolve issues reported based on product knowledge and a good sense of the business process in question.
Certification in and exposure to any one other module from the following required – Performance and Goals, Compensation Management & Variable Pay, Succession Planning and Career Development, Workforce Analytics
Exposure to Cross-functional integration processes within Success Factors and to third party systems such as SAP ECC or any non-SAP system
Experience in configuration, testing, preparing test documents with business scenarios, and communication with business for providing solution
Domain knowledge on hi-tech and consulting business sectors would be an added advantage
Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change/problem) and Application life cycle management
Experience of working in geographically diversified teams preferred
Good communication in English, verbal and written for all locations
Good communication in Spanish (for MX based resource) and in Portuguese ( for BR based resource), verbal and written
Manage transition from incumbent team
Coordinate, guide and mentor junior team members
Reviewing solutions designed by the team members and proposing improvements
Co-ordinate with Business users / vendors / other partners / customer to identify & analyze application issues
Document the knowledge from transition/system study and play back the understanding
Resolve production issues reported by business users within predefined SLA
Document recommended solution for recurring issues
Gather business requirements for enhancements
Suggest solution / workarounds in the application
Co-ordinate with Business users / vendors / other partners / customer to identify & analyze application issues and suggest remedies
