Experience:
· + 6 years of SAP Experience in HCM Modules and ECP
· Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
· To have a SAP Certification would be a plus.
Job Background / General Information:
Ability to interact with multiple teams and colleagues
Analysis of business requirements, preparation of technical specifications, execution of unitary and regression tests
Strong knowledge on standard Mexican SAP payroll solutions, understanding of existing solutions with a different solution approach and experience in other countries is required
Work effectively with colleagues and business key users.
Knowledge and support on payroll processes to give orientation to business key users.
Strong knowledge on payroll rules and schemas for analysis and construction of solutions.
Knowledge and understanting ABAP and Social Security and Taxes users exits for solution analysis
Knowledge on taxes, social security, PTU, SDI, CFDi and all legal processes of Mexican payroll.
Keeps contact with ABAP development team
Strong fluency in English and in technical IT English
University degree
Technical Skills:
HR SAP or ECP Modules
SAP Certification on one of the modules mentioned is a plus. Solution Manager experience and knowledge is a plus. Concur experience is a plus.
