In this strategic position, you’ll lead two key teams:
Account Development Specialists – focused on generating new business opportunities
Inside Sales Support Specialists – dedicated to strengthening relationships with key customers You’ll serve as the link between our customers across the U. S., Canada, and Mexico and Omron’s cutting-edge industrial automation solutions. What are we looking for?
5+ years of B2 B sales or customer-facing experience
Proven success in leading high-impact teams
Fluency in English and Spanish
A data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a focus on continuous improvement
Preferred: Knowledge of CRM tools (Salesforce), Power BI, and JD Edwards What do we offer?
