Sales Support Analyst – Monterrey, Mexico
The Sales Support Analyst role is positioned within the organization's Sales department. The role will primarily collaborate with stakeholders across Field Sales, Sales Operations, Quality, Finance, Pricing, Legal and other functions. Its core purpose is to manage information and support various activities related to the customer, including onboarding, data gathering, fulfilling sample requests, managing technical and regulatory documents, and reporting.
Key responsibilities
Collaborate with sales teams across different segments to understand their needs and provide support.
Coordinate tasks, set priorities, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion of projects.
Generate consolidated reports, conduct sales performance analysis, and provide insights to sales teams and management.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) across sales teams to evaluate the effectiveness of sales support activities.
Submit and track all customer technical and regulatory requests.
Coordinate and follow up on sample requests.
Manage customer portals and handle required changes.
Prepare customer reports.
About you
Proficient/Advanced in English.
Proficient in Salesforce (dashboards, reporting, data management) & SAP (query creation).
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite; advanced Excel, ability to create macros desirable.
Exceptional data organization and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
2–6 years of prior work experience in a similar or related field.
Desirable strong experience and knowledge in customer handling and sales management.
Desirable strong working knowledge of data administration/management tools (e.g., SAP ERP, Salesforce).
Proven track record of on‑time delivery, strong communication and organizational skills, and ability to identify and champion new initiatives.
