Sales Manager, Mexico
The Sales Manager is a hands-on, customer-facing sales role responsible for driving revenue growth through direct relationships with our major retail partners across the Mexican market. This position is focused on selling, account management, and execution, with responsibility for managing key customer relationships end to end

The Sales Manager will spend the majority of their time working directly with our mass retail customers (Walmart, Costco, Coppel), managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and coordinating internally to ensure strong execution.
This role
is based onsite in our Mexico City (Interlomas) of f ice.
Key Responsibilities
Direct Sales & Retail Relationship Manag ement
Serve as the primary point of contact for key retail partners in Mexico
Maintain direct, working relationships with major mass retail and club customers (e.g., Walmart and similar national retailers)
Own and manage customer relationships end to end, from line reviews and negotiations through execution and follow-up
Build trust with buyers and retail teams through consistent communication and reliable execution
Focus on growing revenue, expanding assortments, and improving sell-through within existing acc ounts
Full-Cycle Sales Exe cution
Manage the full sales cycle including opportunity development, pricing discussions, forecasting, order placement, and renewals
Lead customer meetings, presentations, and commercial discussions
Ensure commitments made to customers are executed accurately and on time
Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally to maintain strong relatio nships
Account Planning & Fore casting
Develop account-level sales plans and forecasts
Track performance against targets and adjust plans as needed
Identify new growth opportunities within existing accounts and across channels
Monitor sales trends, promotions, and seasonal perf ormance
Internal Coordination & Dotted-Line Le adership
Coordinate with internal teams including Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, and Finance to support customer needs
Work with Key Account Managers and Independent Sales Representatives as needed through dotted-line coordination
Ensure clear communication and alignment across all sales-related r esources
Market Awareness & Busines s Insight
Stay informed on customer needs, market trends, and competitive activity
Provide feedback and insights to internal teams to support better decision-making
Represent the voice of the customer i nternally

A passion for cycling and the outdoors!
5+ years of sales experience in consumer products, retail, or a related industry
Proven
experience selling directly to large retail customers in Mexico (Walmart, Costco, C oppel etc.)
Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships independently and close business
Strong understanding of retail sales cycles, forecasting, and account management
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focused
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven
environme nt
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related fie ld preferred
Language
& Trav el
Fluency in Spanis h and English (written and spoken) is required
Willingness to travel within Mexico and abroad for customer and company meeti ngs as needed
