CONSULTFIZ LATAM , a fully owned subsidiary of Confiz LLC, is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to work on full-stack development projects. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance both our customer experience and technical infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain applications using Java Script, Java, Type Script, and React.
Partner with team members on frontend and backend development.
Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
Protect and handle sensitive customer data and PII.
Support systems through on-call rotation.
Requirements:
At least 5+ years of experience.
Strong experience with Java Script, Java, Type Script, and React.
Proven ability to build scalable web applications.
Experience with modern development practices and tools.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to undertake complex design and problem-solving independently.
Experience managing systems and breaking down complex work into smaller tasks for team implementation.
Understanding of engineering process tradeoffs and ability to adapt team processes as needed.
Leadership in maintaining well-designed and well-documented systems and code.
Drive to implement robust, stable, and cost-effective solutions.
Ability to make sound decisions in ambiguous situations while meeting project goals.
