Training Manager LATAM Cellphone Industry
Responsibility Description
Responsible for the development of Latam regional training materials and training management;
Responsible for connecting with retail GTM, completing new product launch training, and reach the achievement of first sales targets;
Responsible for connecting with the HQ training department and the national training team, and completing daily training-related communication work;
Professional Knowledge:
Have more than 5 years of training experience in the mobile phone, electronic products, fast-moving consumer goods industries;
Have the ability to independently develop training materials, and gain insights into major competitors and formulate strategies;
Be able to independently be responsible for the work of the training department and lead the team to carry out work;
Business Skills:
Have the ability to conduct training speeches independently
Have the ability to be self-driven and self-managed
Have the leadership to develop the team to work
Other Requirements:
MS Office Windows (Intermediate~Advanced).
Technology products such as smarthpones, computers, wearables,
ELECTRONIC OR DEVICES IN GENERAL
ENGLISH IS A MUST
