What’s in it for you?
Employment Type:
Permanent, full-time (paid as a contractor for tax benefits)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 40 hours/week, with some overlap with U. S. hours
Commissions:
$500–$1,000+/month
Medical coverage:

Start in sourcing, and grow into a full-cycle recruiter role over time
What will you be doing?
Build and manage candidate pipelines for new searches across 2-3 verticals (including tech and finance/accounting)
Partner closely with 2–3 recruiters to understand role requirements, target markets, and sourcing priorities.
Consistently meet or exceed sourcing metrics (qualified, high-quality submissions), and contribute directly to team hiring goals!
Leverage Linked In Recruiter, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing methods to identify top talent
Collaborate with the team to share insights, refine sourcing strategies, and celebrate wins!
