We are seeking a motivated Recruiter based in Latin America to join a growing U. S. recruitment firm focused on permanent placements.
This role is ideal for someone early-to-mid career who already has experience recruiting for the U. S. market and is looking to continue growing in a structured, performance-driven environment.
Responsibilities
Recruit for U. S.-based clients across various industries.
Source, screen, and present candidates.
Manage recruitment processes end-to-end.
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
Requirements
1–3 years of recruiting experience
Prior experience recruiting for the U. S. market (required)
Strong English skills (written and spoken)
Organized, disciplined, and coachable
Professional maturity and willingness to grow
Compensation
Initial part-time ramp-up period (~USD 600+ monthly base)
Transition to full-time (~USD 1,200/month base)
Performance-based commission structure
