Experiencia minima de 4 años como Project Manager en areas de diseño grafico, impresion, preprensa, flexografia etc.

•Assist the client in the planning and deliveries of their projects, guaranteeing compliance with the process, SLA, contracts and/or commercial agreements.

•Responsible for aligning internal and external communication, managing daily work and providing solutions, to meet the objective of delivering to the client in a timely manner.

•Follow-up with the client of the approval processes of products or services provided by SGS & Co.

•Create work orders in accordance with the corresponding procedure, ensuring that the production team has the necessary information for its execution.

•Manage internal (commercial and/or production) or external (client and printers) alignment meetings for the correct development of projects.

•Keep the client informed of the status of their projects as needed (email, telephone conferences or in-person visits).

•Document any agreement with the client related to the work process (time, approvals, unforeseen events, etc.).

•Responsible, together with the Quality and Production team, for providing solutions to quality incidents and reinforcing the work process and internal and external alignment with the client.

•Document and report in case of any deviation to the process, which may cause a quality incident.

•Responsible for quoting, in accordance with the current price list for the client, and obtaining a Purchase Order before completing the delivery of completed files to the printer.

•Responsible for monthly closing of projects to be billed and requesting the accounting area to issue and send billing to the client.

•Generate, manage and update the Technical Specifications of all printers according to the Client's needs; is responsible for updating the Printing Specifications in the SGS Global Specs Library.

•Manage printing feasibility from the Design Concept stage to its printing.

•Give support and conduct Pre-production meetings with the commercial area, ensuring the transmission of agreements in a Work Instruction.

•Share with printers and the commercial area the spectral reports generated by the Color Management area

•Responsible for assisting and/or coordinating the allocation of resources for machine-level approvals of new products.
