Welcome To Cognizant We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as Production Support Responsibilities: Manage the high availability and stability of an eligibility application.

Perform proactive maintenance activities, engage in automation, and conduct root cause analysis and remediation.

Write and maintain scripts to monitor system functionality and performance.

Hands-on experience with microservices, Java Springboot, React JS, REST Web Services.

Support engineers work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, system administrators, and software engineers, to solve production issues.

They update senior leaders about the system status and share timely resolution progress Production support engineers analyze various metrics and logs to understand the reason for system failure or non-performance.

Using different debugging and diagnostic tools, they find solutions to improve software performance.

Prepare and maintain up-to-date documentation of systems, procedures, and other relevant information.

support engineers identify, diagnose, and find ways to resolve the issue received through emails/incidents/problems etc Experience in Production support and understand how the things works in the ITSM tool(Incident Management/Problem Management/Change Management/Knowledge Article/Service Request) Attends the Major incidents calls and helps in assisting in troubleshooting and resolving the issues.
