Responsibilities
Ensure the production plan (Volume, Mix, Time).
Maintain in perfect condition machinery and fixed assets of the area.
Management of the cost of transformation.
Promote and ensure the order and cleanliness of the area.
Ensure and promote compliance with the Environmental Health and Safety Policy.
Ensure that their supervisors implement and their coordinators review the training process required to have the necessary staff to execute the planned production.
Ensure the necessary competencies in the technical team and validate training needs with the maintenance coordinator.
Monitor the generation of scrap RW and Scrap, promote and execute actions to reduce them.
Prepare and attend system and customer audits.
Promote the correct use of Lean Manufacturing tools.
Ensure that the whole team performs 5 S audits and that the results of the audits are in accordance with the defined targets.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of production experience in Manufacturing area.
Strong organizational and managerial skills
