We are seeking a highly analytical and business-oriented Pricing Analyst to drive revenue growth, margin optimization, and pricing governance in Mexico. This role combines strong financial analysis, commercial partnership, and data automation capabilities.
The ideal candidate will transform data into actionable pricing strategies, support Sales with value-based insights, and strengthen pricing processes and tools.
Key Responsibilities
1.. Financial & Strategic Pricing
Analyze margin, revenue, price realization, and discount performance
Identify pricing uplift opportunities and margin risks
Support list price updates, floor/target pricing, and pricing scenarios
Perform financial analysis for product launches and business cases
2. Commercial Partnership
Conduct competitive and market pricing analysis
Partner with Sales and Strategic Accounts to support pricing decisions
Engage in business review meetings alongside commercial leadership.
Adapt global pricing frameworks to local market dynamics
3. Process & Governance
Execute and improve end-to-end pricing processes (public & private segments)
Maintain pricing conditions in SAP and related systems
Ensure pricing policy compliance and data accuracy
Support automation and reporting improvements
4. Analytics & Reporting
Develop dashboards and pricing KPIs
Enhance reporting automation (Power BI, Tableau with SQL)
Apply scenario modeling and advanced analytics
Standardize pricing methodologies and documentation
Profile Requirements
Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in finance, Economics, Business, Data, or related field
3–5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, or analytics
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
Experience with SAP and BI tools (Power BI and/or Tableau)
Advanced Excel skills and SQL
Experience in pricing system/process improvements
English proficiency (written and verbal)
Strong communication and data storytelling skills
Nice to Have
Experience in Healthcare, Med Tech, or Pharma
Master’s degree
Experience with pricing automation or AI tools
