The College of Integrated Circuit Science and Engineering at Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications (NJUPT) invites 2–3 or more outstanding doctoral graduates to join our research team through the “Huali Postdoctoral” (华礼博士后) Special Program. This initiative aims to foster high‑level talent by providing competitive compensation and a world‑class research environment to support the university's high‑quality development.
1. Research Group and PI Information

Primary Research Fields:
Organic, Metal‑Oxide, Perovskite, and 2 D Material‑based Transistors and opto/electronic devices
Integrated Circuits (IC) and Neuromorphic Applications
2. Qualifications and Selection
Target: Outstanding Ph. D. graduates from renowned domestic or international universities for full‑time research.
Age Limit: Generally under 32 for males and 35 for females. Flexible policy – applicants exceeding the standard age may be considered based on exceptional research records or professional experience.
Entry Categories:
Category A: Graduates from global top‑100 universities (based on THE, QS, U. S. News, or ARWU rankings) are eligible for direct admission.
Category C: Graduates from “Double First‑Class” universities in China or those with excellent research achievements during their doctoral studies, subject to expert review.
3. Compensation and Benefits (Annual Salary)
The salary follows an annual system consisting of a Base Salary of 200,000 RMB and an Adjustment Salary based on the assigned category.
Research Start‑Up Fund: Selected “Huali” researchers can apply for 30,000 RMB in start‑up funding.
Annual Salary Package (Before Tax):
Common: A base salary of 200,000 RMB is guaranteed for all.
Category A: Base 200,000 + Adjustment 200,000 = Total 400,000 RMB.
Category B: Base 200,000 + Adjustment 150,000 = Total 350,000 RMB.
Category C: Base 200,000 + Adjustment 100,000 = Total 300,000 RMB.
4. Promotion to Category B (Post‑Entry)
Researchers who enter at Category C can be promoted to Category B if they achieve any of the following during their stay:
Selection for the “Jiangsu Provincial Excellent Postdoctoral Program”.
Receiving grants from the National Natural Science Foundation or Social Science Foundation.
Selection for international exchange programs such as the Hong Kong Scholars Program, Macao Young Scholars Program, or Sino‑German Postdoctoral Exchange Program.
Receiving Special Funding from the China Postdoctoral Science Foundation.
Selection for Grade B of the National Postdoctoral Program for Innovative Talents.
5. General Postdoctoral Positions
In addition to the “Huali Postdoctoral” program, we are also actively recruiting for General Postdoctoral positions (Category D). If you are passionate about research in IC, perovskites, or neuromorphic applications, we strongly encourage you to apply regardless of the specific program category.
