About the Role
We are looking for a
Performance Marketing Specialist
to join the Paid Acquisition team. This person will support strategy, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns, collaborating closely with Performance Marketing Managers to deliver high-performing campaigns that meet client goals.
Key Responsibilities
Support the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search and paid social campaigns.
Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to guide campaign strategy.
Write compelling ad copy aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
Build and manage campaign structures within Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
Collect, analyze, and report on campaign performance data using Google Sheets and other tools.
Assist in developing and implementing testing strategies to improve campaign efficiency and ROI.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and attention to detail.
Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve processes and results.l
Stay up to date with platform updates, best practices, and industry trends.
1+ years of experience
in paid search and/or paid social campaign management.
Familiarity with
budgeting, bidding, and A/B testing methodologies.
Proven experience in a
production-oriented or analytical role.
Strong
Excel/Google Sheets skills
(vlookup, pivot tables, concatenation, text to columns).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Highly organized, resourceful, and self-sufficient in a remote environment.
Bachelor’s degree or relevant certifications preferred (experience can substitute).
Preferred Qualifications
Previous
agency experience.
Strong
analytical mindset
and passion for data-driven decision making.
Desire for
continuous learning
and professional development.
Experience managing
multiple paid channels
(Google, Meta, Linked In, etc.).
Exposure to
other marketing channels
(SEO, CRO, email) a plus, not required.
Prior
remote work experience
a plus.
Salary Range: USD $2,700/mo
