Recruiting Leadership, People Partnership, and HR Coordination
. You’ll be the local face of our culture — driving hiring excellence, supporting our people, and building bridges between CDMX and HQ.
Partner directly with hiring managers and client leads to define scorecards and KPIs.
Champion our employer brand in the CDMX market and shape nearshore hiring strategy.
Serve as the first-line People Partner for CDMX employees — building trust and engagement.
Organize meetups, rituals, and activities that create belonging in a hybrid environment.
