The role:
We are seeking a passionate and strategic Organizational Development Specialist to join our Human Resources team. This role is key in driving a strong company culture, fostering internal communication, and leading the development and implementation of effective training and development plans across the organization.
What you will do:
Design, implement, and evaluate organizational development strategies that align with business goals and promote a high-performance culture.
Design and share internal communication.
Develop, execute, and continuously improve company trainings and development programs that address current and future needs according to business needs.
Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams to identify development opportunities and support talent growth.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of OD and training initiatives through metrics and feedback to ensure continuous improvement.
Ensure compliance with Mexico´s work regulations in terms of “Civil Protection” and “Safety and Health”.
Lead initiatives to strengthen positive culture and employee engagement across all levels.
Champion company values and support cultural initiatives that promote inclusion, collaboration, and employee well-being.
What we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Proven experience in organizational development, internal communications, Mexican work regulations, and corporate training design.
Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, and team work.
Ability to influence and build strong relationships at all organizational levels.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability and a passion for people development.
