Operations Support Administrator
for Brazil and LATAM region, you will provide crucial support across various operational functions, including
PMO ,
sourcing, recruitment, human resources administration, general administration , and
marketing support. This role is ideal for an individual with
prior professional experience
who is eager to learn and contribute to a growing IT consulting company. This position requires
a self‑starter
who is comfortable
working independently
and contributing to the success of our IT recruitment efforts.

Your Main Responsibilities
Recruiting Support
Scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics between candidates and hiring managers.
Assisting with the preparation of interview materials and feedback collection.
Supporting the onboarding process.
Communicating with candidates in a professional and timely manner.
Administrative Support
Providing general administrative assistance—managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and preparing reports.
Assisting with the organization and maintenance of company documents and files.
Handling basic remote office‑related tasks.
Supporting the team with ad‑hoc administrative projects as needed.
Marketing Support
Assisting with the scheduling and coordination of marketing activities.
Supporting the creation and distribution of marketing materials (e.g., social media posts, presentations).
Conducting basic market research and competitor analysis.
Assisting with the maintenance of marketing databases and tracking of marketing campaign performance.
What Are We Looking For
Business fluent English.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Availability to work in USA Eastern Time Zone.
Self‑motivated, able to work independently, and adapt to a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Experience in IT recruitment / related HR roles / marketing is a plus.
Familiarity with IT terminology and trends is advantageous.
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
