The Systems Engineering Associate will join a growing team of Engineering and Health & Safety professionals helping our customers reduce their work‑related risk to quality, productivity, and employee health.

Tasks assigned / Work priorities
Perform tooling/machine and facility
Program metrics, utilizing the standard performance metric formats.
New equipment installation, follow up and ensure all items are addressed.
Use of the tools governed by the Vehicle Operations procedures and standards, including but not limited to HIRAP, Placarding.
Complete plant floor facilities buy‑offs
Coordinate and track plant floor facilities buyoffs
Support the plant safety team to review and approve all ECPL Placards for new and/or modified equipment
Requirements
Education: Bachelor on Industrial, Mechanical, electromechanical, mechatronics or similar
Professional Experience / required knowledge:
Plant Engineer – Minimum 3‑year experience in the automotive area
Experience in blocking and energy management practices, installation of machinery
English language at medium‑advanced level
Automotive customer portals knowledge
Experience in Automotive industry company
Required skills / abilities:
Detailed knowledge of Client processes and the Client Toolsets (Electric, Mechanical, Civil Protection). The specific tasks assigned, individuals' work priorities, the methodology apply, and the intermediate work products shall be defined by Client
