Job Purpose
Maintain accurate inventories and ensure good control of materials on the floor. Supervise the control of timely inputs, outputs and transactions to avoid discrepancies in raw material, finished product, as well as spare parts. Ensure the timely supply of materials to the floor and shipment of materials (maquila suppliers, internal or external customers) in order to ensure compliance with internal, customer, corporate and IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 standards.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Authorize the departure of materials owned by DANA, as well as maintain their traceability
Maintain the veracity of inventories of raw material, finished product, spare parts and materials outside the plant
Ensure timely transactions of transfer of materials to other areas
Coordinate the execution of cycle counts of all inventories
Report inventory closures and discrepancies to Materials Management for review and correction of the result
Analyze the cardex of each item 4 times per month (Max, Min, PR, SS, Consumption, Lot Min, Min quantity to order)
Keep a daily report of all receipt discrepancies (Lack of PO, Discrepancy in quantity, description, lack of rereading, etc.)
Monthly month‑end report
