This position is for an experienced professional with deep knowledge and technical expertise who leads in the supply and demand planning process. The role involves improving processes, systems, and products to enhance team performance, and working with internal and external leaders to develop financial forecasts.

• Develop strategies for materials planning and SIOP.
• Standardize processes within materials planning and SIOP to optimize resources and meet delivery expectations.
• Develop indicators for visibility into market trends and demand.
• Analyze demand streams and establish data relationships.
• Collaborate with product development, sales, and marketing teams for demand forecasts.
• Plan capacity and fulfillment demand with manufacturing operations.
• Develop monthly production volume plans based on forecasts, inventory, customer orders, and capacity.
• Explore new technologies to improve planning, sustainability, and reliability.
• Track metrics to drive results and continuous improvement.
• Develop processes to improve supply capabilities.
• Establish metrics to measure progress through process improvements in SIOP.

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in material purchasing or planning.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
