About Our Team
As an Inside Sales Support Rep (ISSR), you will play a pivotal role in the Lenovo Customer Experience. Your expertise, skill set, and positive attitude will be instrumental in helping Lenovo's business grow, accelerating the contract process, and enhancing customer satisfaction.
About the Role
Embrace a unique opportunity with this hybrid (office / home) position, where you can expand your analytical, networking, and operational skills. You'll assist in creating and handling sales quotes for potential ISG deals, offering a flexible work environment and diverse skill development.
In this role, you will collaborate extensively with the Sales, Order Desk, Credit, and AR teams. Your role will be to identify and resolve operational challenges, ensuring that quotes are successfully converted into sales orders. You will also be involved in leading or participating in projects aimed at improving operations, and maintaining one or several activity reports.
The individual contributor will be responsible for the high-level tasks of contract creation, maintenance, contract reporting, quotes, and contract packages for our Infrastructure Solutions Group in NA (ISG).
Responsibilities:
- Reporting: Experience in creating, maintaining, and controlling reports daily.
- Contract Creation
- Validation of terms and conditions
- Contract Maintenance
- Contract Renewals
- Contract Registration
- Proposal and Price Quotes Creation
Position Requirements
Required Skills
- College degree or be an active (Senior year) student on a major such as International Commerce, Business, or Marketing.
- Excel (Pivot tables, basic formulas, conditions)
- Excellent English skills, both written and oral, are a MUST. This position has permanent contact with teams located in North America, and the interview will be conducted in English.
- Strong e-mail etiquette
- Strong analytical and numerical capabilities
- Able to concentrate over long periods
- Multi-tasking skills are highly regarded.
- Able to work with little supervision
Desired Skills:
- SAP
- Power BI
- Excel macros
- Visual Basic
- Power Point
- Being tech-savvy
- Knowledge of computing / IT vocabulary is a plus.
- Basic French
