Job Title: Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales/Lead Generation Specialist to join our team in one of the thriving US nearshore locations,
including Mexico. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in driving our
sales efforts, identifying potential leads, and nurturing client relationships.
Will be responsible for bringing in new customers through
Sales Navigator, Lead Generation and cold calling, developing, managing and
growing existing client relationships and guide them through the annual
renewal, communicating with customers in some phase of disconnecting service in
an effort to retain service.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation: Utilize various prospecting techniques
to identify and generate leads.
Use Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar tools to
identify potential client contacts and key decision-makers.
Work closely with the U. S. sales team to schedule
qualified meetings and support proposal preparation.
Maintain and optimize CRM data to ensure pipeline
accuracy and transparency across teams.
Outreach: Initiate and maintain contact with potential
clients through calls, emails, and other communication channels to educate them
about our products/services.
Qualification: Assess lead viability and qualification
through effective questioning and information gathering.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong
relationships with potential clients, understanding their pain points and
business objectives.
Collaboration: Coordinate with the sales and marketing
teams to optimize lead generation efforts and ensure a seamless transition of
qualified leads.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of lead generation
activities, track progress, and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications:
Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in
inside sales, lead generation, or a related role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written
communication skills in English & Spanish.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving
abilities to effectively evaluate and prioritize leads.
Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively within a
team and across departments.
Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and driven to achieve
and exceed lead generation targets.
