Key Responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end delivery of web projects, from planning to go-live.
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, development, QA) and external vendors.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare content standards (e.g., HPRC, Veeva Vault).
- Use tools like Jira and Confluence to track progress and document workflows.
- Monitor live sites post-launch and coordinate quick resolution of issues.
- Support delivery governance through structured methodologies (mainly Waterfall, with Agile collaboration). Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in project management or digital delivery, ideally in a regulated industry.
- Strong knowledge of marketing workflows and digital content lifecycle.
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Veeva Vault.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with CI/CD processes and quality assurance standards.
