Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Health Safety Environment Supervisor, located in Reno, NV. The Health Safety Environment Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and implementing health, safety, and environmental programs within the organization. This includes conducting inspections, accident investigations, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and EHS regulations. The role involves proactive management of workplace safety, developing safety training programs, and creating strategies to mitigate potential hazards.
Qualifications
Health & Safety, Environment Health and Safety (EHS), and Occupational Health skills
Experience in conducting Accident Investigations and Inspections
Bilingual in English and Spanish
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Relevant certifications such as OSHA, NEBOSH, or related
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health, Safety Management, Environmental Science, or a related field is preferred
