Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Client Success Manager. The Client Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. Day-to-day tasks include building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns, providing exceptional customer service, and utilizing analytical skills to track and improve customer success metrics. You will work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless client experience and achieve company objectives.
You also must be comfortable with meeting clients on Zoom/Google Meet video calls. You will manage their expectations and provide strategic marketing insights on these calls.
You will also be required to create/optimize workflows and manage multiple digital marketing projects for clients.
Qualifications
Experience as a Client Success Manager in a Digital Marketing Agency
Native Level Oral and Written English
Experience with Digital Marketing
Experience in Project Management
Experience in Workflow Optimization and Creation
Strong Analytical Skills for tracking and improving metrics
Proven ability in Client Retention and Relationship Building
