About the Role:
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing remote team. This is a hands-on execution role: you'll run Adapt CFO's marketing programs, manage content and campaigns, and ensure consistent brand presence across all platforms. You'll collaborate closely with leadership to deliver strategies that generate leads, strengthen our market positioning, and grow brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
Execute and optimize marketing programs aligned with company objectives.
Manage content cadence across Linked In, blog, newsletter, and case studies.
Promote Adapt CFO's podcast and distribute episode takeaways across social channels.
Support outbound efforts by managing inboxes and handling replies from prospecting campaigns.
Oversee marketing operations: Hub Spot/CRM hygiene, landing pages, UTMs, and reporting dashboards.
Track and analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience in Marketing or a related field.
Professional-level communication skills (written and verbal).
Proficiency with marketing software, CRM systems, and digital tools.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Professional, proactive, and adaptable personality.
Full-time availability (remote).
Schedule: From 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST.
