We are looking for an experienced
Marketing Operations Consultant
who will be a trusted advisor to our clients. As a Marketing Operations Consultant, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Hub Spot and Marketo solutions that drive growth and efficiency in Revenue Operations processes. We are looking for someone passionate about technology, data, and business process efficiency.

You're an excellent fit for this role if you are comfortable in a client-facing role and can drive business-process conversations to maximize the value that CRM and Hub Spot solutions deliver to your business.
What You Will Do
Implement, configure, and maintain Hub Spot instances (CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub) and/or Marketo environments
Design and build scalable automation flows for marketing, sales, and customer service across Hub Spot and Marketo
Configure pipelines, reports, dashboards, and processes that support sales and customer success teams
Analyze data and metrics to propose continuous improvements in Revenue Operations.
Train users and teams in best practices within the Hub Spot ecosystem
Collaborate with technology and leadership teams to align business processes with strategic objectives
Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proven experience (3+ years) working with Hub Spot or Marketo (implementations, migrations, or advanced administration)
Knowledge of Revenue Operations, sales processes, marketing automation, and customer management.
Strong skills in data analysis and reporting within Hub Spot or Marketo
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and practically to non-technical teams
Intermediate/advanced English (spoken and written)

Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team, on multiple projects
Understanding of sales and marketing workflows and business processes
