*Role based in Reynosa, Tamaulipas, MX
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for overseeing and driving sales efforts with a focus on selling products and solutions to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs). This position involves cultivating relationships with key clients and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, leadership skills, experience with OEM sales, and the ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders within the region.
- Track regional sales performance against targets, analyze results, and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed goals.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and market potential.
- Provide regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and forecasts to senior management.
- Oversee the regional sales budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively to achieve maximum sales output.
- Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure alignment on sales campaigns and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of sales experience
- 2+ years in sales for electronic materials
- Experience selling to OEMs
- Bilingual – English / Spanish
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs.
