This role sits at the intersection of Hub Spot strategy and web project leadership. You will serve as the primary Hub Spot expert for clients while leading and coordinating website design and development initiatives to ensure seamless execution aligned with business goals.
Position: Hub Spot Implementation & Web Project Manager (Full‑Time)
Seeking a client‑facing Hub Spot expert with strong experience managing web design and/or development projects (LEADING, NOT DESIGNING). The ideal candidate combines deep platform knowledge with the ability to lead cross‑functional teams and guide clients through digital growth initiatives.
Hands‑on web design experience is a plus, but not required. Proven experience managing web projects is essential.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary Hub Spot expert for clients, implementing and optimizing solutions across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
Lead Hub Spot onboarding, CRM configuration, automation workflows, campaign setup, and reporting implementation.
Manage and coordinate web design and web development projects from kickoff through launch, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Act as the main client‑facing point of contact, providing strategic guidance and maintaining strong relationships.
Define project scope, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder alignment to ensure smooth execution.
Collaborate with internal marketing, strategy, and development teams to deliver integrated digital solutions.
Ensure websites are properly integrated with Hub Spot, including forms, tracking, lifecycle stages, lead routing, and automation.
Identify ongoing opportunities for optimization, automation improvements, and performance growth.
Demonstrate strong organization and prioritization skills in a fast‑paced, multi‑project environment.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of hands‑on Hub Spot experience.
Proven experience managing web design and/or web development projects.
Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM best practices, and digital funnel strategy.
Excellent client‑facing communication and relationship management skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, timelines, and deliverables simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and execution discipline.
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross‑functionally.
Hands‑on web design experience is a plus, but not required.
