The idea candidate will oversee safe and proper manufacturing of the company's products. In order to do this, the candidate will troubleshoot issues, ensure the efficient day to day operations of the company, and coordinating a team of production employees to make sure that consistent and quality goods are constantly being produced. Responsibilities
Ensure the machinery is functional
Make sure that the products and machinery are in line with regulatory standards
Lead team members Track metrics
Necessary experience controlling groups of 20 or 30 operators.
Necessary experience analyzing production data like PPH, Job rate and worked hours.
Availability for the role in different shifts.
Present data results from daily production.
It's a plus to know the core tools.
Problems solving with statistical and logical analysis. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree on Mechatronics y/o Electronics (Mandatory)
Proficient in Excel 3+ year supervisory experience
Experience working with Chrome
Act independently
Strong communication skills
