Work with the business and technical subject matter experts in supporting the Landscape solutions that has been implemented in Mexico with regional, Co C's, HQ and vendors to provide the best support experience. Develop and implement end-to-end digital solutions, focusing on Sales (Online, offline and direct sale models). This includes analyzing and improving existing business functions and fostering innovation and mindset change in both the IT team and the business area.

Handles IT customer applications incidents and brings them to a resolution. Ensure IT projects are planned, designed, developed and implemented for new, comprehensive and simple services in the areas of Sales. Maintain active communication with business areas, IT partners, and suppliers to optimize processes and synergies between Sales and IT. Manage SAP SD / MM and FICO administration, shaping business strategies to support the organization's objectives
Research and stay updated on the latest information technologies. Advise on how these technologies could be applicable and impact implementation in Sales.

Bachelor Degree in engineering system, informatic or similar.
Advanced English.
Additional Qualifications: Project Management or Scrum (knowledge), SAP knowledge (SD/LO/FICO) - Certificacion desirable, Salesforce.
