Engineer to join our high-impact Manufacturing Excellence team. This critical role is ideal for

an experienced engineer passionate about continuous improvement, technical leadership,

and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor technical teams in resolving complex process issues​

Drive cost reduction and process optimization using Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt

level)​

Apply statistical tools (DOE, SPC, OEE) to enhance process and product quality​

Design and scale next-gen manufacturing processes and equipment​

Support junior engineers' development and guide problem-solving initiatives​

Document process knowledge and contribute to innovation/IP strategy​

Requirements

Bachelor's in Engineering or related technical field​

5+ years in process or manufacturing engineering​

Proven leadership experience​

Green Belt required; Black Belt preferred​

Advanced English (written and spoken)​

Proficiency in applied statistics and manufacturing cost analysis

Preferred

Master's in Engineering or Applied Sciences​

Six Sigma Black Belt

Familiarity with Stage-Gate innovation processes​

Experience in project and cost management​
