Senior Human Resources Business Partner,

FORVIA HELLA is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP Manager) to join our team at one of our key manufacturing plants in El Salto, Jalisco. This is a strategic HR role within a dynamic and evolving environment.

???? What You'll Do:

Take full ownership of the HR strategy and execution for one of the largest and most complex plants in the region.
Partner directly with the Plant Manager to support cultural evolution, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness.
Leverage data to drive informed decision-making and strategic workforce planning.
Lead local HR initiatives in collaboration with Centers of Expertise (Co Es) and HR specialists.

Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced, manufacturing or industrial setting.
Strong background in organizational development and strategic HR practices.
Demonstrated ability to work closely with leadership and influence business outcomes.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
