Education
Industrial Engineering.
Experience and Knowledge
Experience in the quotes area and/or Industrial Engineering.
Proficiency with office suites.
Expertise in Auto CAD, Solidworks, or Catia for developing layouts, line balancing, capacity analysis, and calculating standard time.
Ability to calculate direct and indirect work.
Knowledge of PCA's (Electronic Cards) and Top Level (Mechanical Assembly).
Experience in the analysis of BOM (Bill of Materials) and product information.
Language
Upper-medium proficiency level (70%) Spanish
Intermediate level (50%) of conversational and comprehension English.

Key Responsibilities and Activities
Working to meet defined area objectives and metrics.
Reviewing and analyzing product information.
Collaborating with the Regional Standardization group on production floor stations, signal systems, and work stations.
Designing prototypes required by plants for 3 D printing, machining, and tooling.
Performing dimensional analysis for products and components, including stack‑up tolerance, simulations, finite elements, and specifications revisions.
Providing support in interpreting plans.
Analyzing production lines for mechanical processes and ergonomics.
Converting 3 D files for plant and metrology areas.
Designing new, customized workstations and cabinets.
Assisting with re‑design and modifications for vendors or customers to change processes.
Supporting Design for Manufacturability (DFM) for new products.
