Help Desk Technician
for its new office in Mexico City. The organization specializes in delivering end-to-end hardware and software solutions for the unattended payments industry, including commercial laundry and vending. Known for its innovative and tailored approach, the company offers scalable technologies ranging from basic machine interfaces to advanced networking and customer-facing applications.
Main Responsibilities:
Provide timely and accurate technical support to resolve customer issues, acting as the first point of contact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure fast resolution of complex technical problems.
Contribute to continuous improvement by updating knowledge base resources and sharing user insights.
Key Qualifications and Skills:
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support or a related technical field.
Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems.
Self-starter with a proactive and customer-centric mindset.
