Role Overview
OFS is a global B2 B Saa S leader helping manufacturers improve efficiency and reduce waste with real-time data. We are seeking a foundational Business Development Manager to launch our presence in the Mexican market, with a specific focus on the Food & Beverage, Packaging, Pharmaceutical and similar industries.
What You'll Do
· Develop & Execute Strategy: Co-create and implement a targeted go-to-market plan focused on Mexico's F& B, Packaging, and Pharma sectors among others.
· Drive Full-Cycle Sales: Identify and prospect key accounts, conduct product demos, negotiate deals, manage customer projects and close new business to consistently exceed sales quotas.
· Build the Brand: Represent OFS at industry-specific events and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
· Be the Market Expert: Provide critical feedback from the field to shape our product roadmap and strategy for these regulated industries.
What You'll Bring
· Required: 5+ years of B2 B sales experience selling Saa S, enterprise software, or automation solutions in Mexico.
· Desired Industry Experience: A track record of selling directly into Food & Beverage, Packaging, and/or Pharmaceutical manufacturing companies.
· Proven Performer: A demonstrable history of exceeding sales targets.
· English: Fluent English.
· Mindset: An entrepreneurial and highly self-motivated spirit, comfortable working autonomously to build a new market.
· Highly Desirable: A strong, existing network of contacts (e.g., Plant Managers, Operations Directors, Quality/CI Leaders) within our target sectors.
· Highly Desirable: Deep understanding of manufacturing concepts relevant to these industries (e.g., OEE, traceability, compliance, validation).
