We are looking for a Production Manager to join our Delicias, México team.

How You’ll Help us Connect the World General Summary Leads a Value Stream team with direct responsibility for Production.

Duties & Responsibilities KPI's - Drives improvement actions to meet targets and reports weekly on KPI's related to the following: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Inventory.

Attends daily production (results and strategies production meetings).

Participates in budgeting process as required and manages costs to achieve production and absorption variance targets.

Maintains acceptable performance for the following: OTM, OTP, Efficiency, Cost per hour, and production order aging.

Demonstrating commitment to the continual improvement of the EHS Management System Ensuring employees are trained in their necessary functions in order to implement this Standard Ensuring that the roles, responsibilities, and authorities are cascaded throughout their specific organization.

Also, ensuring that these are understood and accepted as appropriate.

Cooperating with EHS to ensure compliance with EHS standards.

Ensuring necessary resources are available to establish, implement, maintain, and improve the EHS Management System.

Required Qualifications for Consideration • Bachelor’s Degree in related curriculum such as Industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business.

• 5 Years of Related Experience in a Management/Coordinator/Superintendent position within a manufacturing environment.

• Proficient in English language 80% (written and spoken).

• Available to work on different shifts as required.

• Knowledge and experience in Lean Manufacturing tools.

Skillset • ISO 9000 knowledge.

• Sense of urgency with a focus on customer satisfaction.

• Analytical skills.

• Honesty, integrity, and ability to thrive in a corroborative team environment.
