Animates a workforce planning management, both for the current period (temps management, DL turnover) and for the future (anticipation of the evolutions linked to the MTP )
Leads the preparation and the supervision of the reorganisation, rationalisation and redundancy plans
Studies the consequences of footprint optimization strategy from the Industrial relations standpoint and advises to prevent and anticipate possible tensions and conflicts
Managing social climate:
Leads the preparation and follow up of the collective negotiations,, employment and working time
Facilitates employment conflicts prevention
Supports HR and SGM in resolving strikes and stoppages, preserving the social climate
Ensures that the necessary actions are implemented to promote a positive social climate
Guardian of the rules:
Supports and aligns HR and Leaders on Employee Relations respecting policies, procedures and orientations defined by the Group, the Business Group and National HR leaders:
Coaches and trains Leaders and HR teams on HRPP and ER orientations
Controls and audits the effective application of these rules
Monitors the strict respect of our internal rules and legal obligations, especially regarding delegations and communication rules related to employment litigations
