Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our product

development team. The ideal candidate will be primarily responsible for creating visually

appealing and user-friendly interfaces (80% UI focus), while also contributing to user

experience design through user research, wireframes, and usability testing (20% UX focus).

You’ll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create

intuitive digital experiences that align with product goals and user needs.

Key Responsibilities:

User Interface Design (80%)

• Design high-fidelity user interfaces for web and mobile applications that are visually

appealing, consistent, and responsive.

• Develop design systems, UI components, and visual assets (icons, buttons, menus,

etc.) in line with branding and accessibility standards.

• Translate wireframes and business requirements into pixel-perfect UI designs.

• Use tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar to produce clean, scalable, and

developer-friendly design outputs.

• Work closely with front-end developers to ensure design implementation accuracy.

User Experience Design (20%)

• Assist in gathering user requirements through research, interviews, and feedback.

• Create wireframes, user flows, and low-fidelity prototypes to visualize functionality

and workflows.

• Support usability testing efforts and gather insights to refine designs.

• Contribute to UX best practices and advocate for user-centered design throughout the

product lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3–6 years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for product-based environments.

• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UI design for web and mobile platforms.

• Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator.• Solid understanding of design systems, typography, layout principles, and color

theory.

• Basic knowledge of UX methodologies, wireframing, and prototyping.

• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and ability to communicate effectively with developers.

• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in agile

product teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working on B2 B or Saa S product design.

• Exposure to Design Tokens and component libraries.

• Familiarity with accessibility (WCAG) standards.

• Knowledge of tools like Miro, Zeplin, In Vision, or Framer.

• Bilingual (English + Spanish or Portuguese) is a plus for LATAM collaboration.
